EAST CENTRAL -- Anytime a high school athlete gets recognition from outside his family, there’s a positive reinforcement, but when a high school graduating senior varsity basketball player is offered a scholarship to play for a college that was “the one” that young man was dreaming about, it’s a very exciting time in the athlete’s life. . . .
