Found: 2 brindle cows, on Sept. 12, at the end of La Gura Rd. in South Bexar County, located between South Loop 1604 and the San Antonio River, Gillett Rd. on east and Schultz Rd. on the west. Call after 8 p.m., 210-310-9206.
Lost: Border Collie, black and light brown, 9 months old, wearing a green collar, last seen Sept. 22 near CR 427 in Poth. If found call 210-324-1208.
Lost: Chihuahua, black, tan, and white male, "Spy," very small, off F.M. 775, across from the Woodlands on Sept. 26, he is missed dearly. Call 830-391-5055.

ABILENE -- The following students have been named to academic honors lists at Hardin-Simmons University for the spring 2012 semester.

Brandon Mikolajczyk of Floresville was named to the dean’s list. The dean’s list is comprised of students carrying 12 or more semester hours who obtain a grade-point average of 3.75-3.99.

Raustin Harris of La Vernia was named to the honor roll. The honor roll is comprised of students carrying 12 or more semester hours who obtain a grade-point average of 3.6-3.74.

Emma Hardin of San Antonio and Garret Schuchart of Pleasanton were named to the president’s list. To be named to the president’s list, students must complete 12 or more semester hours and obtain a perfect grade-point average of 4.0.
