Bernaddette Beatriz Mendoza, the daughter of Jeannette Guerrero-Benavides of Austin and Enrique Mendoza of Floresville, has accepted a two-week Health (Medical) Internship in Costa Rica in August through the International Learning Service.

Bernaddette continues to attend Southwestern University in Georgetown, where she finished her third year with a 4.0 grade-point average and was recognized as an exemplary student. She was on the university’s dean’s list for her entire junior year at Southwestern.

The Mendoza family asks for prayers for Bernaddette’s safe return and that she is able to heal the lives she touches in Costa Rica this August.
