AUSTIN -- Gov. Rick Perry today released the following statement
regarding the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on the federal health care reform bill:

"This ruling will be a stomach punch to the American economy. It is a
shocking disappointment to freedom-loving Americans desperate to get our
country back on track. Obamacare is bad for the economy, bad for health
care, bad for freedom. Americans have made clear their overwhelming
opposition to its convoluted, burdensome and overreaching mandates.

"Freedom was frontally attacked by passage of this monstrosity and the
Court utterly failed in its duty to uphold the Constitutional limits
placed on Washington. Now that the Supreme Court has abandoned us, we
citizens must take action at every level of government and demand real
reform, done with respect for our Constitution and our liberty."

Texas was given a gutt blow when you (Perry) stepped into the national political arena. You need to just live out your term in the new mansion, keep your mouth shut and leave office peacefully!

Does Texas rank low because of a lack of CARE or a lack of PROGRAMS?

How about today's report that Texas ranks as one of the lowest states in providing health care...all these jobs and we stink at education and medical care.

Rick Perry has become an embarrassment to Texas. He performed like a fool on his presidential trail, and now thinks he is smarter than the Supreme Court.
