Bryan and Lisa Orth of Floresville, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Betsy, to James Medford, the son of Jim Medford and Paula Medford of Fort Worth.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Gervase and Marlene Moczygemba of Floresville, and Carolyn Orth of Floresville and the late Karl Orth.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Patricia Pike of Fort Worth and the late Bruce Pike, and James Medford Sr. of Dallas and the late Jewel Medford.

The couple will exchange vows in July 2012 in the Alamo Heights United Methodist Church in San Antonio with a reception to follow in the Pearl Stables.

After a honeymoon cruise in the Caribbean, the couple will reside in San Antonio, Texas.
