K-Town is doing it again! The second annual “K-Town Kickin For A Cure” will be held Saturday, July 14, at 6 p.m. in Kosciusko Hall at 7975 F.M. 541 E. in Stockdale.

This year’s musical entertainment will

feature big names like Dwight Yoakam, the

“Casey Donahew Band,” and Karnes

County’s own John Wayne Schulz.

Festivities include a washer tournament

and a barbecue cook-off.

Presale tickets are $30, and are

available at Ancira Ford in Floresville,

Wiatrek’s Meat Market in Poth,

Filling Station in Falls City, and

Big “B” Food Store in Karnes City.

Tickets will be $35 at the door.

VIP tables are $2,500 for 10 people, which includes VIP parking and a steak dinner and beverages throughout the event. Individual VIP tickets will be $250.

The event benefits the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, South Texas Chapter.
