Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas invites girls entering grades K-5 to a fun-filled summer camp adventure, Camp Metro-Love Your Planet, July 23-27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Floresville Event Center at 600 S.H. 97 W. in Floresville.

Girls will explore skills and interests in a variety of thematic areas, such as community service, cultural arts, healthy living, environmental awareness, and much more.

The cost is $65 per girl and includes a T-shirt, a patch, program supplies, and a snack. Optional before and after care will be available from 7-9 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. for an additional $25 per girl, and will include breakfast and a hearty afternoon snack.

Interested participants are encouraged to register early, as space is limited.
