1967-2012

John Eric Castillo, 44, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born Nov. 7, 1967, to Miguel Castillo and Helen Martinez. John was a Floresville native and a lifelong resident.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his nephew, Tomas Kiehn; and his great-grandparents.

John is survived by his sister, Mitzi Drzymala and husband David of Adkins; his brother, Michael Castillo and wife Les of San Antonio; his nieces, Amanda Castillo of Beeville, Megan Castillo and husband Shawn of San Antonio, and Payton Drzymala of Adkins; his nephews, Andrew Kiehn of Assaria, Kan., Paul Kiehn and wife Becky of San Antonio, Michael Eric Castillo and wife Randy of Ohio, and Zachry Castillo and wife Rachel of Norfolk, Va.; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

John Eric’s body was cremated and a private family service and inurnment will be held at a later date.
