Offer condolences


Victor Keller, 90, of Kosciusko, Texas, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2012, in San Antonio. Victor was born to Andrew and Gertrude (Titzman) Keller on Oct. 15, 1921, in Poth.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Emily (Gawlik) Keller; brothers Peter and Stephen Keller; and sisters Regina Moczygemba and Mary Pollok.

He is survived by his daughters, Evelyn Lyssy and husband Rudy and Nancy Zaiontz; son Edwin Keller and wife Kathy; eight grandchildren; eight great-granddaughters; numerous nieces and nephews; and other loving family. Thank you, Evelyn and Rudy, for all the years you helped Dad. We will be forever grateful.

A visitation took place on Sunday, July 29, at 3 p.m. in St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Kosciusko followed by a rosary vigil at 5 p.m.

A funeral Mass was held Monday at 10 a.m. in the church with the Rev. Jan Szpilka officiating.

Interment followed in St. Ann’s Parish Cemetery in Kosciusko.

Memorial contributions may be made in Victor’s name by way of Mass intentions.
