Compared to last week: Hay traded mostly steady to firm. Trade activity and demand continues to be light to moderate. Most of the state remains in a drought which in return is keeping prices firm. The southeastern part of the state seems to be the only area reporting substantial amounts of rainfall. Producers in that area are hoping for a break from the rain to get back to baling. Prices for hay and pellets quoted per ton except where noted. . . .
