Stained Elegance offers designs in glass
Stained Elegance offers exquisite designs in glass.
Do you have a family heirloom that needs refurbishing? Stained Elegance, in operation since 2004, offers custom stained-glass creation and design, and refurbishes broken and antique stained glass.
Owner Carolyn Chenault offers side light entries, doors, transoms, hanging panels, stepping stones, and inlaid benches. New this autumn, she will be adding kiln work and a new line of indoor and outdoor lanterns.
Chenault has been designing and creating custom stained-glass work for 28 years out of her home studio, generating work by word of mouth.
She has worked with remodeling and new-construction builders.
Have a special project and cannot find a pattern? No worry, since Chenault will draw all original patterns and can employ lead or foil methods.
Chenault will make home consultation visits within 20 miles of the studio for custom design orders. She provides in-home customer service and consultation by appointment only in the evenings.
The studio, located at 5694 F.M. 775 in La Vernia, is open to the public on the second and fourth Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
