William R. Miller Jr., a longtime resident of Floresville, Texas, passed away Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at 2:19 a.m. in the Frank M. Tejeda Texas State Veterans Home in Floresville, at the age of 88 years, 9 months, and 22 days. William was born Oct. 15, 1923, in Weatherford, the son of Iva Mae Mitchell and William R. Miller Sr.  . . .
