Katherine Llewellyn of Floresville has been named to the dean’s list of the University of the Incarnate Word for the 2012 spring semester with a 3.85 grade-point average.

Katherine is an interdisciplinary studies major and anticipates graduating in the fall of 2014. She hopes to return to the Floresville area to teach elementary school after graduation.

At present, Katherine is in Kwangju, South Korea, teaching English and other studies at a university-sponsored camp for South Korean children, returning home before the 2012 fall semester starts.

Katherine is a 2011 graduate of Floresville High School and the daughter of proud parents, Diana Ramirez and Richard Llewellyn, and the sister of Matthew Llewellyn, a 2008 graduate of Floresville High School, currently stationed at Fort Hood after returning from a tour of duty in Iraq and Kuwait.
