Offer condolences


Jason Gene Yell, 40, of Adkins, Texas, passed away on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012. He was born on May 11, 1972, in San Antonio to Connie G. and Marylin Franklin Yell.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents; and his uncle, Wayne Yell.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene Yell; sons Jason Jr., Gordie, and Johnny; daughters Lola, Misty, and Amanda; parents Connie and Marylin Yell; brother Russell Yell and wife Elizabeth; nephews Roman, Evan, and Presley; his uncle, Robert Yell and wife Linda; numerous cousins; and many loving friends.

A memorial service was held on Friday, Aug. 24, at 2 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia with Pastor Erin Weaver officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made back to the family in care of Finch Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 838, La Vernia, TX 78121.
