COLLEGE STATION --Diplomas were awarded to approximately 1,700 Texas A&M University graduates during summer commencement ceremonies.

Among those receiving degrees were:

•Andrew Martinez Jr. of Floresville, with a Doctor of Philosophy in school psychology;

•Michael J. Dziuk of Poth, with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural systems management;

•Kley M. Pruski of Stockdale, with a Bachelor of Science in animal science;

•Sean W. Rutland of Stockdale, with a Bachelor of Science in psychology; and

•Melissa K. Schrank of Hobson, with a Bachelor of Science in nutritional sciences.
