Reginald Warren Johnson passed away Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 83 years, 10 months, and 3 days. Reginald was born Oct. 25, 1928, in Floresville, the son of Anna and Tom Johnson Sr. He was a lifelong resident of Floresville.

Reginald, a veteran of the U.S. Marines during the Korean War, was a former city manager of Floresville.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Johnson; his parents; his daughter, Alice Ann Johnson; and his sister, Jean Dickerson.

Reginald is survived by his sons, Robert Johnson and Daniel Johnson, both of Floresville; and his brother, Tom Johnson Jr. of Houston.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 12, at 10 a.m. in the Franklin Funeral Home Chapel in Floresville.

Inurnment will follow in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Floresville.
