Wild Game Dinner to benefit Floresville VFD

Sink your teeth into something wild Saturday, Sept. 22, at the 12th annual Wild Game Dinner to be held from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. in the Floresville Event Center at 600 S.H. 97 W. in Floresville.

Attendees will enjoy a full buffet of wild game entrees and dessert catered by The R&K Group of San Antonio. For those not interested in wild game, other non-game entrees will be available. Activities will include a live and silent auction, and a dance featuring the “South Texas Rainmakers.”

All proceeds will go toward the purchase of new equipment and vehicle maintenance for the Floresville Volunteer Fire Department. For information or to purchase tickets, call Brandi Burkett at 830-391-4088.
