AUSTIN -- Rickey Lynn Johnson, 31, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, is now in custody after being arrested in Dallas by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). A $7,500 reward will be paid on a tip that helped lead to his arrest. The Crips gang member was wanted for Parole Violation, and his convictions include Terrorist Threat and Exhibition of a Firearm in a School Zone.
After Texas Crime Stoppers received a tip, Johnson was arrested Tuesday at a southeast Dallas apartment complex by DPS Criminal Investigations Division agents. Lavota Yarbough, who was with Johnson at the time, was arrested on outstanding misdemeanor warrants out of Dallas County.
