Get ready for your fall gardening with Charles Bartlett Saturday, Sept. 22, from 9-11 a.m. in the Mitchell Lake Audubon Center (MLAC) at 10750 Pleasanton Road in San Antonio.

Bartlett will discuss new vegetables suitable for fall gardening, new horticultural innovations, and a model set-up for rainwater harvesting using a pump controlled by solar panel electricity. Handouts will be provided and there will be a walking tour to a demonstration site near the pavilion.

Reservations are required, and admission will be $10 for MLAC members, and $15 for non-members.
