Lloyd and Connie Scott of San Antonio, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelsey Rhea, to Clayton Blynn Garcia, the son of Amadio B. and Sandra L. Garcia of Floresville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Raymond and Helen Titzman of San Antonio.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Vivian Vosburgh of Duncan, Okla., and the late Herman Vosburgh.

Kelsey, a 2009 graduate of San Antonio Health Careers High School, is a 2012 Howard Payne University graduate, with a degree in business administration.

Clayton, a 2008 graduate of Floresville High School, is a 2012 graduate of Howard Payne University with a degree in youth ministry. He is currently the youth minister at the McQueeney Baptist Church in McQueeney.

The couple plan to wed Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, in the First United Methodist Church in Lytle, Texas.
