St. Matthew Catholic Church will hold its Parish Picnic Sunday, Sept. 30, on the church grounds at 700 Maple St. in Jourdanton.

Barbecued beef and sausage plates will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $7 each. Homemade kolaches will be available. There will be kids’ games, bingo, a country store, and an auction to be held in the air-conditioned hall at 12:30 p.m. Call Debbie Netardus at 830-769-2131 or Joan Wiederhold at 830-769-3687.
