Pam and Francis Kotara of Adkins, Texas, are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Duane Francis, to Brittni Lee Jones, the daughter of Larina and Bobbie Harris of Dallas and Mark and Linda Moore of Lugoff, S.C.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Emma Kotara of Falls City and the late Leonard Kotara, and Vincent Liska of Karnes City and the late Joyce Liska. He is the great-grandson of the late Irma Braune Heinen, formerly of Three Rivers.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Gene and Jeannie Jones of San Antonio and Vikki Price of Columbia, S.C., and the late Levi Moore. She is the great-granddaughter of Adeline Jones of Harper, the late Beverly and Ted Gorka, formerly of Columbia, S.C., and the late Alice Hale, formerly of Fayetteville, Ark.

Duane and Brittni plan to marry on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, in the St. Jerome Catholic Church in San Antonio, with a reception to follow in the parish hall.

They will reside in San Antonio, Texas.
