Alvin, the ag exemption is not going to change it's has become a tax loop hole for hobby farmers and real estate investment and family recreation centers. It no longer serves it's intended purpose. It should be done away with... More ›

Yep, I think it can be a scam. But, it takes holding at least 10 acreas for at least 5 years in order to qualify for AG exempt. And also - if you sell the property - those taxes will be paid by someone (either seller or buyer)... More ›

Since we've been discussing taxes and property I wonder what the groups thoughts are on the AG exemption. PG reccommends, and many pele take advantage of this exemption to minimize taxes - however isnt this just another subsidy?... More ›
