Rebuilding Together San Antonio, a volunteer organization dedicated to home repairs and renovations for low income, elderly, disabled, and military homeowners, will present the Living History Timeline, a two-day historical re-enactment of Texas history. The event will take place Saturday, Oct. 13, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 14, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in SAF Studios at 8350 Cagnon Road in San Antonio.

Wilson County author/illustrator Mary Borgia will have a booth across from the 1870s exhibit and will debut the release of her latest book, Longhorns Don’t Like Fences.

Gate donation will be $12 for adults, $8 for military in uniform and seniors (60 and older), and $5 for children under 10. Parking is $5. All proceeds will go to the organization.

For more information, visit or call 210-732-5845.
