Elisa Renee Meza will represent the Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas, Wilson County Service Unit in the 68th annual Peanut Festival. Elisa is the 18-year-old daughter of Rene and Barbara Meza.

Elisa is a proud member of the Mighty Tiger Band, where she is a clarinet section leader. She is also an active member in the Floresville High School Student Council and National Honor Society.

Elisa will be escorted by Colton Layne Routh, the 17- year-old son of Lonnie and Kellie Routh. Colton is also a proud member of the Mighty Tiger Band, where he plays saxophone and electric accordion. Colton is a dedicated Link Crew leader, as well.

Elisa would like to thank the Girl Scouts for the honor of representing their organization. Elisa would also like to thank her dear friend Colton for escorting her. Both Elisa and Colton would like to thank her father for allowing them to use his car in the parade.
