Jasmeen Romo, the daughter of Roberto Romo and Magdalena Romo, will represent Welding in the annual Peanut Festival. Jasmeen is currently a senior at Floresville High School and has been in welding for five years. She is involved in SkillsUSA and Service Learning, and is a student member of the American Welding Society FHS Student Chapter. Jasmeen is employed with Domino’s and is also a model for Galdina’s Dresses in San Antonio.

Jasmeen will be escorted by Martin Rico II, the son of Martin Rico and Yurien L. Rico. Martin is also a senior at Floresville High School and is involved in both SkillsUSA and the American Welding Society. He is a member of National Honor Society and plays soccer for the Floresville Tigers. Outside of school, Martin works for his father.
