Elliana Estella Hinojosa is excited and honored to be chosen as train bearer to Queen-elect Caitlyn May in the 68th annual Floresville Peanut Festival.

Ellie is the 7-year-old daughter of Marshelle Burks and Phillip Hinojosa, and stepdad Christopher Burks, and sister of older brothers Marek and Tres Hinojosa. She is the granddaughter of Cindy and Mark Stavinoha, Felipe and Maria Hinojosa, and Conrad and Regina Burks, and the great-granddaughter of Estella Stavinoha and Wanda Pattillo.

Ellie attends second grade at Floresville South Elementary, and is a member of the First Baptist Church of Floresville. She enjoys traveling to the coast, creating artwork, and playing with her cat.

Ellie wishes to express her sincere gratitude to Queen-elect Caitlyn for allowing her to share in this special occasion, and to the Floresville Peanut Festival Association for this opportunity. She would also like to thank President Rhea Nell Rogers for her support, Hilary and Pat Reile for a beautiful gown design, and finally, Marietta Matheaus and Kathy Sawers for their amazing talent in constructing the gown.

Ellie is delighted to carry on this wonderful tradition and would like to invite everyone to the Peanut Festival to join in the festivities.
