The Christ United Methodist Church will hold its annual Lord’s Acre Fried Chicken Dinner on Sunday, Oct. 28, at 11 a.m. in the Stockdale Community Building at 700 West Main St. in Stockdale.

Plates will sell for $8 each and will include fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, coleslaw, a dessert, and an iced tea or coffee. Patrons may dine in or take a plate to go. A bake sale will also be available, plus an auction will begin at noon.
