Stockdale FFA Booster Club is having its second annual Prospect Show Saturday, Dec. 1, at the La Vernia Chamber of Commerce off U.S. 87 in La Vernia, as a fund-raiser.

The show is open and invites fellow FFA and 4-H members in Wilson and surrounding counties to show steers, heifers, hogs, goats, and lambs.

Judging will begin at 9 a.m. by Cody Wellman. Pens are limited so it is recommended that you register early to reserve a space.

Belt buckles will be awarded to grand- and reserve-champion winners. Rosettes will be awarded to breed champions and ribbons for first- through third-place finishers.

A showmanship competition will be held with cash prizes to be awarded.

Other activities include a silent auction, with some great items to bid on, and concessions will be available.

For more information, contact Dustin Krueger at or 210-473-8403.
