Help Wanted

The 81st Judicial District Attorney’s office is seeking candidates for the position of an Administrative Assistant. Duties will include but not limited to: answering incoming calls and greeting visitors, prepare discovery for defense bar as required, providing administrative and clerical support to the ADAs and District Attorney, assist in general office work and perform related duties as follows: Operate a multi-line telephone switchboard, proficient use of software applications and computer equipment, scanning and compiling files for eDiscovery, filing and creating court files, generating reports as required. Applicants must have at least five (5) years of administrative assistant experience, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Tackitt of Houston, Texas, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jill Marie, to Drew Spencer Trammell, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Trammell of Sunrise Beach.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Joe D. Tackitt and Mary Ella Tackitt, formerly of Floresville, and Bernice Titzman of San Antonio and the late Joe G. Titzman.

Jill is a 2005 graduate of Cypress Falls High School and a 2009 graduate of Texas A&M University, where she graduated with a master’s degree in finance. She is currently employed as a CPA for Price Waterhouse in Austin.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. V.C. Spencer, formerly of San Antonio, and Dorothy Trammell of San Antonio and the late Phillip Trammell.

Drew is a 2003 graduate of Westwood High School in Austin and a 2007 graduate of Texas A&M University, where he also graduated with a master’s degree in finance. He is currently employed as a CPA for Ernst & Young in Austin.

The couple are planning a November wedding at Lost Mission in Spring Branch, Texas.
