The Floresville Leo Club will hold a 5k Walk-A-Thon for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on Saturday, Nov. 17.

The Walk-A-Thon will be held at the bike trail on Fourth Street in Floresville.

Medical personnel and police escorts will be present, the Floresville High School Junior ROTC Color Guard will present the flags, and Victoria Mayorga will sing the national anthem.

Cost for the event will be $15, with T-shirts to be given to each participant. The bike trail will be outlined and there will be water stations supplied by Mark Brown.

All proceeds will benefit the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
