Fall brings new color to the trees, hunting season, and other seasonal changes. Businesses are making some changes this season, too, with special offers, new faces, and more.

Family Medical Centers, with practices in Floresville, La Vernia, and Stockdale, has welcomed David Santiago, M.D., to the practice. Santiago, who recently completed his family medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Odessa, also has joined the staff of Connally Memorial Medical Center. The Brooklyn, N.Y., native has a wife and two children.

Area H-E-B stores will put family first for Thanksgiving. The stores will close at 2 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22, to give partners and customers the opportunity to give thanks and spend time with their loved ones.
