On October 16, at our Tuesday morning S.O.U.L. (Sisters Of Unconditional Love) Bible study and fellowship, Ann Mary Allen mentioned that her cousin had been to Kenya on a mission trip. Her cousin told her of the need for clothing there, especially pillowcase dresses. I knew exactly who to call -- Pascalle Bippert!

On Oct. 30, Pascalle taught the S.O.U.L. Sisters how to make the pillowcase dresses and even stayed to help make the dresses. In one afternoon, 16 ladies made 47 dresses to be sent to Kenya.

The S.O.U.L. Sisters meet every Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. in the La Vernia First Baptist Church fellowship hall for breakfast, fellowship, prayer, and Bible study. All ladies from the community are invited to join us.
