John Stephen Yeglic Jr. passed away Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 57 years, 4 months, and 15 days. Steve was born July 1, 1955, in San Antonio, the son of Cleola F. and John Stephen Yeglic Sr. He was a lifelong resident of San Antonio.

Steve is survived by his wife, Bridget A. Yeglic of San Antonio; his parents; his daughter, Brittany Jedrzjewski and husband James; his sons, Scott Yeglic, John Yeglic, Troy Yeglic, and Trent Yeglic, all of San Antonio; his sisters, Yvonne Romans and Cindy Simar; and his grandchildren, Jensen Jedrzjewski and Deker Jedrzjewski of San Antonio.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home in Floresville.

Visitation was held Monday, Nov. 19, at 6 p.m. in the Sunset North Funeral Home in San Antonio.

A prayer service was held Monday at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. William Swantner officiating.

A funeral service was held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Concordia Lutheran Church in San Antonio with Pastor Bill Tucker officiating.

Interment followed in the Sunset Memorial Park in San Antonio.
