Visit the historic downtown square in Floresville and enjoy Christmas Along the Corridor at 2 p.m. and the Festival of Lights Parade at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1.

Take the time to browse a variety of vendors and pick up a Christmas gift or two; then as the sun starts to set, stick around and enjoy the parade, led by grand marshal Sen. Judith Zaffirini, themed Christmas Around The World.

Additionally, children’s activities will include a bouncy castle, a big slide, a kiddie train, and Western Santa, who will be on hand in front of the old jailhouse museum from 2:30-5:30 p.m. Parents can take cameras to snap pictures. The first 100 kids will receive toys and candy from Santa.

For more information, call Cindy Cranston at 210-373-8636 or email info@floresvillecoc.com.
