SAN ANTONIO -- Q 101.9 has announced that it will become San Antonio’s Christmas station with the launch of holiday music programming, which began on Nov. 16.

Holiday fanatics will hear Christmas favorites from icons like Sinatra, Bing Crosby, and Andy Williams to contemporary artists like Mariah Carey, Michael Buble, and Faith Hill.

Q 101.9 has been San Antonio’s Christmas station for more than a decade, flipping to all holiday music programming mid-November and lasting through the end of the holidays.

The station has also launched the Holiday Hub online at, which features interactive letters to Santa, holiday cookie recipes to share, gift ideas, and more.
