1939-2012

Charlie Crisp passed away Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at the age of 73 years. He was born in Stockdale, Texas, on Oct. 1, 1939, to Donnie and Esther Crisp.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Charlie is survived by his sisters, Judy Thomas and Joy Wiley; brother Jerry Crisp; nieces DeNay Simpson, Susan Lachorn, Teresa Underwood, and Tina Stewart; nephews David O’Neal and Steven Robbins; seven great-nephews; and three great-nieces.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, Dec. 8, at 1 p.m. in the Steele Branch Cemetery in Stockdale with the Rev. Scott Jones officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
