The Stockdale High School National Honor Society (NHS) wants to thank the community, fellow high school students, staff, and the athletic department for all the donations for Sheriff Santa!

The National Honor Society was so happy to sponsor the toy drive for underprivileged families of Wilson County. The group collected seven huge trash bag-sized containers of toys. They also donated a bag full of wrapping paper and tape for Sheriff Santa.

The Stockdale High School athletic boys donated 70 toys for the drive.

The Stockdale National Honor Society, represented by Carley Trout, Victoria Padilla, and Ashley Rangel, proudly unloaded the gifts and carried them into the Stockdale Community Building to present them to Sheriff Santa Dec. 1 during the “Christmas in Stockdale” activities.

As the sponsor of the National Honor Society, I am very proud of all my members for pulling together to make this a successful event.
