This is the third in a series of profiles of the Floresville City Council members.
Eric Rodriguez, the newest member of the Floresville City Council, was appointed in December. Here’s a little more information on Floresville’s youngest councilman.
Spouse: Lisa Rodriguez, married 8 years.
Children: Erisa, 6; Leiana, 4; Eric, 15 months; and Lyle, due March 29.
Education: Floresville High School and Palo Alto College.
Tell us about yourself.
“Well, I have a beautiful wife named Lisa and three wonderful children, with one on the way. I am the son of Jesse and Ruby Rodriguez of Floresville and have two brothers, Vince and Jesse.”
What is one thing you want to say about Floresville?
“Floresville has a lot of potential to grow in a positive direction. This is a city of opportunity with a great deal of potential.”
What do you see in the future for Floresville?
“In the future, Floresville will be a city where even visitors can call it home.”
