Margaret Dzierzanowski, 85, of St. Hedwig, Texas, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013. She was born on June 11, 1927, in San Antonio to John Rutkowski and Agnes Kalka. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Johnnie Rutkowski.

Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Alex Dzierzanowski; children Joyce Stanush and husband Roger, Richard Dzierzanowski and wife Shirley, Diane Pawlik and husband Jeff, Janet Gillaspie and husband Kevin, and Shirley Dzierzanowski; grandchildren Stephanie Stanush, Amy Pawlik Doege, Derek Pawlik, Ashley Kosub, and Heather Kosub; numerous nieces and nephews; and many loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 9, from 5-8 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. in the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig.

A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. in the church.

Interment will follow in the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Cemetery in St. Hedwig.

Memorial contributions may be made by way of Masses or to a charity of one’s choice.
