Cattlemen to meet in Wilson County Jan. 15
The first meeting of the South Central Texas Chapter (SCTICA) of Independent Cattlemen’s Association (ICA) for 2013 will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 15, at 6:30 p.m. in Lew’s Patio and Grill at River Bend Golf Club in Floresville. A complimentary barbecue meal will be served.
Bill Hyman will share what is to come in 2013, and it being a legislative year, will keep us informed of the ICA meeting in Austin. Special guest John Jaworowski of Morales Feed and Supply and Justin Adcock will inform us on their mix 30 high-energy liquid feed and discuss the importance of a feed with a higher fat content to supplement cattle through the winter.
Attendees also will nominate for directors and elect this year’s officers.
Participants need not be members to attend.
