Found: Pretty white medium female dog, Jan. 11, in Homeplace Subdivision, Adkins, has black spot over eye, very friendly and sweet, misses owner, must find home, cannot keep. 210-649-1886.

After receiving second place at the Regional competition held in San Antonio in December, the La Vernia High School 2012-13 Competition Squad advanced on to the NCA Cheerleading Nationals Competition, held in Dallas Jan. 12-13. The 11-girl team came home with seventh place out of the 26 teams competing.  . . .
