Carlton Rackler, 66, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013. He was born on Dec. 5, 1946, in Fort Lewis, Wash., to Wallace Carlton Rackler Sr. and Mary Lee Anderson.

Carlton was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Bobby Rackler.

He is survived by his sister, Nancy Rackler Coln of Universal City; brothers Don Rackler of La Vernia and Dennis Rackler of San Antonio; nieces Kimberly, Debbie, Stephanie, and Karimie; nephews Brandon, Johnny, Reagan, D.J., Darren, Jimmy, and Garrett; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; one great-great-niece; and many loving friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, Feb. 5, from 6-8 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral chapel.

Interment will follow in the Concrete Cemetery near La Vernia.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
