Clements Edward Titzman 1927-2013 and Dorothy Mae Titzman 1931-2013

Clements Edward Titzman, 85, of Calliham, Texas, passed away in his residence Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013. He was born Nov. 12, 1927. His wife, Dorothy Mae Titzman, 81, also passed away in their residence Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, within 24 hours of her husband. Dorothy was born on July 3, 1931.

They were preceded in death by daughter Norma Jean Titzman; son Gary Titzman; and brothers George Dzuik, Emil Dzuik, and Felix Titzman.

Clements and Dorothy are survived by sons Mike Titzman and wife Tehama of Jourdanton, Shep Titzman and wife Debora of Primrose, and James Titzman and partner Gabby Alberding of Pleasanton; daughter-in-law Teresa Titzman of Kennerwick, Wash.; brothers Raymond Titzman, Archie Titzman, and Roy Dzuik, all of San Antonio, and Lambert Titzman of Gillett; sisters Rose Ann Foegelle of Kenedy, Agnes Jaskinia of Falls City, Mary Lou Lerette and Emerance Gawlik, both of San Antonio, Julia Schneider of Poth, Ethel Gawlik of Marble Falls, and Gracie Niestroy of Poth; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, Jan. 30, from 2-9 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7 p.m. in the Hurley Funeral Home in Pleasanton.

A funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Pleasanton.

Interment followed in St. Andrew’s Cemetery No. 2 in Pleasanton.
