Seven-year-old Aspyn Breiten, the daughter of Michael and Michele Breiten, is the 2012-13 Sandhills Trail Drivers Mascot.

Aspyn is in the first grade at La Vernia Primary. Her favorite things are riding her horse, Turbo, playing with friends, singing, dancing, and reading books. She is active in gymnastics at 87 Fitness and will be playing coach pitch baseball for the La Vernia Little League in the spring.

She would like to thank Trail Boss Tracie Pierdolla and all officers and members for allowing her this experience. She also sends thanks to Queen Mariah Busselman for a fun-filled year, helping her along the way, and being a great friend.
