Frank E. Ciomperlik, 87, passed away on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013. He was born on April 2, 1925, to Peter and Julia Ciomperlik.

Frank served his country in the U.S. Navy, was a member of the American Legion in St. Hedwig, and retired from the Lone Star Brewery.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings Josephine Biemer, Pauline Pollok, and Clifford Ciomperlik.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Adeline Ciomperlik; children Clarence Ciomperlik and wife Kathryn, Shirleen Guenther and husband Stanton, and Marleen McCullough and husband Shawn; nine grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, Feb. 8, at 6 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7 p.m. in the St. Benedict Catholic Church.

A funeral Mass was held on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the church.

Interment followed in the St. Hedwig Cemetery in St. Hedwig, Texas.
