To Your Health: Don’t have time to exercise?
Here are some ideas to help you get started even if you don’t have time:
•Schedule exercise in short bouts, such as taking a 15-minute walk in the morning, at lunch, or after dinner.
•Try performing active chores such as mowing the grass, washing the car, gardening, and even vacuuming!
•Get the family involved by taking family walks, or planning family outings to parks, or plan a family baseball game.
•Park far away from stores or your office to do more walking.
•If you can’t get away from the TV in the evenings, then walk circles around the room or jog in place as you watch instead of just sitting on the couch!
