Only spotty wetting rains are expected with the cold front overnight and Monday morning...Over areas generally along and east of Highway 71. ...Red Flag Warning remains in effect from 10 am to 7 pm cst Monday for strong winds and low relative humidities across all of South Central Texas... * Affected Area...The Following South Central Texas Counties... Llano...Burnet...Williamson...Val Verde...Edwards...Real... Kerr...BAndera...Gillespie...Kendall...Blanco...Hays... Travis...Bastrop...Lee...Kinney...Uvalde...Medina...Bexar...
