Yeah, DA Pena isn't going to do anything. His son just recently was married at the Event Center. The biggest upset about the whole event center, is they disgraced a fallen hero of our town by supposedly naming it after him, but yet it is not being taken care of! It's a mess. We'll see what happens...

I think the school should name the North gym after him and that way he is always in a memory and he was a graduate of FHS!

I believe the only one who can call in the Rangers is the Floresville DA Rene Pena. We all know that is not going to happen as he hasnt done much to help us out up to this point. He has been very quiet and silent. Dont understand why we cant have folks do what is morally right versus doing nothing to protect friends.

Is that why Castillo quit the audit committee? I bet she ran to Tejada to tell him what was discussed at that executive session regarding the demand letter from Avila. PUT A STOP TO ALL THIS NONSENSE AND GET US BACK ON TRACK!!! AND THE COTIZENS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW!!

Thank you Jim Miller, for sticking your neck out and helping the city of Floresville discover the mess we are in. If it had not been for you, where would we be now??? Can you imagine if we had continued to be DUMB, the sports complex on top of all this other crap??? And thank you for doing an Excel spread sheet with the financials. They can't hide nothing now!!!!

NOW everybody can see what the last regime did to our city!!! Castillo can now get off her high horse since she is part of all this mess. She should be very ashamed of herself!!!

You can thank the last regime for this big fat mess. No plan. Just spend lots of money - and heaven knows where it has all gone???

And now the lawyer that handled this bond (both the orginal and the re-financing) has a demand letter on the table.

The citizens deserve to know what the hell is going on!!

Don't know why everybody is gettin' upset over the lack of production of the operating statements from the event center. As long as it's the cash cow it is just leave it alone. Who needs to keep books? Besides it's harder to milk the cow if you have to keep all those records.

Of course she is they are buddies. That is why we questioned why she was allowed back on this board, she was there once and resigned. I'm sure there were other people that would be glad to sit on this board and get it straight! Again, Mr. Joslin doesn't want to share the information that is PUBLIC anyway??? Um... I hope Mr. Gleeson sets it straight and the lawyers tell Joslin to hand it all over.
Does nobody see a pattern here? Council members Rodriguez, Morones, Guerrero can you all not comprehend that the problem is JOSLIN! Councilman Miller has tried to bring this to light and do the right thing, by getting Joslin out and putting someone there. GET RID OF HIM...we got rid of one manager that was crooked beyond crooked and we put in another! Get rid of him...this is ridiculous!
