Native Plant Society to meet

The Guadalupe County Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas will meet on Tuesday, March 12, in the St John’s Lutheran Church on F.M. 465 in Marion. The evening will begin with a meet and greet at 6:30 p.m. followed by the program at 7 p.m.

Mark Peterson, forester and conservation planner for the San Antonio Water System, will present “Go Green in the Shade with Water-saving Plants and Shrubs.” Visitors are welcome.
